muscle building and losing fat simultaneously???

Hello all. I lost aabout 3inches of belly fat and want to reduce 1more inch.. During this period i got so skinny.. My chest,arms and sholders are gone.. I want them back so want to join gym. What should be my calorie goal.so i can reduce that ft. And build muscle.currently i do 5km jogging and half hour cardio. Take about 1100-1200 caloiies daily.
