Just when I thought I was getting nowhere!

So I'm three weeks into my lifestyle change. While I've messed up a couple times (like most of us do) I've jumped right back on and controlled myself. I've lost 10 pounds already and I'm starting to see the.changes in my body I want to see (particularly in my tummy area) this is a little embarrassing but I'm going to post a progress pic because I'm too proud of myself not to share! I can't wait to meet my goal and this just makes me want to push harder! qs4ylpla2oqu.jpg

The left is today and the right is about a week ago. I need to post my side by side of the first pic I ever took and see how big of a difference it is. While it's still embarrassing (because my tummy is my biggest issue) I still very proud! Soon enough I won't have to hide it anymore.
