How can I find groups please

sorry, I'm being really stupid. I added an exercise group earlier on,but just decided to add another one and for the life of me I can't find the full list of the groups anywhere. Please help. Where is the list located?

there is also no search feature - it only lets you see the popular ones - very frustrating and a deterrent!0

Ok guys, what I've done is I went on Myfitnesspal website, logged on and selected the groups I wanted to join on the site, all my group choices were then automatically transferred to the app. There is no option to search for a certain group on the website either
