Question about Polar FT60 And Polar Beat App

Sorry if this is been asked and answered before. I have the Polar FT 60 and the chest strap is not Bluetooth. I use the polar flow to upload my data to the Polar personal trainer website. My question is can I upload my workouts to the polar beat app with out having a BlueTooth chest strap.
