Success with MFP - Have lost 86 pounds so far, here to offer help!

I have several friends I have pointed in the direction of myfitnesspal over the past year and all have had success. When I started (beginning of December 2013) I wasn't sure how far I'd go with it. I had a goal of getting out of the 300's , then I passed the 290's with a goal of getting passed the 270's... It wasn't long at all before I had passed the 240's and now passing the 230's.. It's completely invigorating and I've never felt healthier in all my life.

I have so many pointers about how to use myfitnesspal alongside step trackers and other workout apps, that make dropping the weight easier and easier. Feel free to add me, and lets get to work!
