not feeling a workout today! I need motivation please would really love it! Just been taking care of my sick boy and husband so I am exhausted emotionally

    take a nap and/or take a good preworkout. anything with beta alanine in it will make you itching to get to the gym

    It's tough finding time for working out especially when you're caring for your family. I bought a recumbent magnetic bike at academy and put it in my bedroom. I've found that even days when I can't get to the gym, I can get on that bike before bed and put an hour of work in. Anyway my two cents

    You will feel so much better after working out!
  • Small goals on those days are good . Like just getting into your gym clothes. It makes the next step that much easier.
