Looking for band / ball workout advice.....

I have been here for a bit. Had a goal for my birthday which I will not hit. (still have 8.2 pounds to lose) Although I am pleased with how far I have come, I still have a long way to go!!

Been hitting the gym about 5 times a week and just doing cardio. I probably need to add some strength training at this point. I do have bands and a ball at home. Do you have a band and / or ball work out that you really love to do that I could add to my normal cardio?
