Been doing this program for a month or so. Sort of got lazy recording my food intake. I road bike a lot and have lost 8 pounds this month. Want to get a bit more enthusiastic about weight loss, as I am still a long ways from my goal. I look forward to renewing my commitment and adding other exercise programs to my road biking. Headed out to do 20 miles right now.
