I'm new to this so be easy on me. I started at 334lbs, then I went to 290. A huge drop, sure but I went through one of the worst issues when losing weight. The plateau yea I plateaued at 290 for months I would hit the gym hard 3, 4 hour work outs but nothing any way I came across this app and man along with my workouts and I.F. I lost sooo much weight.I'm currently at 213, 215. I just want to meet ppl who are into fitness and I'm always open to advice. N e way keep on beating ppl.
