Had a historactamy 4 months ago and am now Pollisystic free. Really hoping it will make a big difference. My hair is growing back so I hope I will now be able to finally loss some weight. need to loss 70lbs.

    I had my hysterectomy 9 years ago. It'll be a while yet before your doctor clears you for workouts, but life is probably going to get a lot easier now that you've gotten this taken care of. I felt like I got my entire life back, personally!

    Already super glad I got it done. Still working out a few kins. I choose no artificial hormons so sometimes the hubby and kids suffer, but .... what can you do. LOL
