What are foods you enjoy? I am sure there are foods I love that you don't.

    ^ That. Define "taste horrible".

    Also, define healthy.

Almost every food can be part of a healthy diet. No one food is healthy or unhealthy ipso facto.

You can keep eating the things you ate before. Just eat less of it. If you find the foods are too high calorie for how filling they are (i.e., you are still hungry), you can start making substitutions or small changes. But there's no need to completely change your diet in one go or deny yourself the foods you like - that's a good way to fall off the wagon.

Put all your favourite foods back on the table. Now work on putting them together on a balanced plate. Card-deck side of protein, 1/4 cup carbohydrate, and the rest of the plate vegetables. What's there not to like?

Are you removing all the salt, sugar, or fat from your meals? Then switch to normal foods.
