Using multiple gear? Fitbit, MapMy*, Wahoo, and logging in MFP

How should I be handling this?

I use fitbit for general keeping track of how much steps I do for motivation (1 more.., almost 12k.. etc)

MapMy* for hikes, rides, runs, etc.

Wahoo for the gym to let me know when to slow down to keep my heart rate in a certain range

and logging in MFP to keep track overall.

Should I just sync wahoo with MFP to avoid double counting of burned calories / exercise? or is this avoided? or should I do wahoo + fitbit and not use both together? either way should I avoid recording the activity if the app is used?

So you have two separate trackers for step based activities? Why slow down with cardio?

I have the same question. I have a FitBit Charge and also track my other activities with MapMyRun, MapMyWalk, and MapMyRide. I want to track the FitBit for my total steps, but I don't want MyFitnessPal to doublecount the activities. Any ideas?

I just linked one Fitness App to MFP.
I experienced incorrect data when I tried more than one App linked to MFP, it does not behave well, for me
