I'm having a hard time hitting my carbs without going over my fat. Any suggestions for high carb low fat? Thanks

Most people look at the fat and protein macros as minimums. If you're within your calories, it's fine to go over them. Fruits will probably be your best bet, though, if you want to stick with that.

Yep yep, I'm always a little over on my fat and under my carbs. I like it that way.

I recommend eating leafy greens to add to your carb count if you are concerned. However, if you are doing a LCHF diet going over on fat and under on carbs is ok.
