Close to maintaining and need some advice!

So after almost a year on MFP and losing almost 75lbs, I am coming close to my goal weight of 140. This whole time I have been always had the normal 500 calorie deficit and then worked out about 900 cals and always left 500 to end up at 2lbs loss per week. Well that worked for quite sometime but now my weightloss has slowed a bit and weirdly I have been eating more now too and my daily goal is 1300 and I have been eating about 1700-2200 a day and having only about 200 or so cals left over for the day from my exercise calories. So with that being said, my question is at this close to my goal, and having the 500 cal deficit and exercising 5 days a week burning about 800 cals..how many of those should I eat back?

I ate back most of mine because I heard the transition to maintenance can be brutal for some people when you just switch.
The last 5lbs took forever and a day but they came off and I entered maintenance. :-)0
