Marinade Macros Calculations

When calculating a recipe's macros - how much of the marinade do you use? In other words, how much marinade does meat absorb? If I use a cup of marinade I end up dumbing it out after the meat has been flavored.

    That one is really hard to estimate. I usually log 1/2 to 1 tbsp for a thin marinade like teriyaki sauce, but I'm not sure how accurate that is. It probably depends on the type of meat and how long it has marinated for.
