5'5/5'6 females how much do you weigh? How active are you? What is your diet like? I am 5'5ish and weigh 119 pounds.

  • I'm 5'6" and just weighed in earlier at almost exactly the same lol, 118. I'm pretty "skinny-fat" though, I don't have much muscle, kinda flabby. Just recently started going to the gym about 2-3x a week focusing on strength training, also will do a workout video at home a couple days a week. My diet...well that varies from awesomely clean to crazy binge style depending on the week, so not the healthiest.

I'm 5'6" and weigh 149. I weight train for 60-75 minutes 4x/wk and walk for 50 min 4x/wk. I work a sedentary job but stay somewhat active in the off hours just with normal household stuff.

Feel free to look at my diary.

I'm 134 lbs and not very active, but I do lift weights at least 3x a week. I only get in a little cardio a day. I also do yoga, but no great burn there.

I do get to eat more calories than my activity level predicts, so I think it's the weight training that has allowed that to happen (I think my lean mass is higher than average at my age and height). I'm 45.
