New and attempting to become healthy

Hi! My current diet is filled with sugary products, however I am underweight. Is there any advice anyone can give me to cut out the sugar yet gain weight? Preferably through exercise please! Thanks!

Hi Lauren, well you are ahead of the gain if you are not overweight. Only thing I can suggest is for each sugary product you really like try to find an alternative more healthy option. Make gradual changes too. I find that sugar is quite addictive and once you start reducing it, the easier it gets...0

Hey Lauren! Try a good balance of protein and carbs instead of the sweets. Much better for you. Try a strength training routine to add some healthy pounds. Good luck!0
