Cut from 12% to 10% body fat, who has done it/doing it (bodybuilders GTFIH)

- Stats 6'0" (185cm) and 82kg
- Currently at 12% see avi
- New to MFP
- Running 2200 cals. Not counted calories before so guessing TDEE is around 2500. Not counting exercise to MFP so my cal max is my daily limit
- Macros are 40 carb/ 40 protein / 20 fat
- Training 7 days a week, no rest, no cheat

Guys that have done it do my cals and macros look reasonable for my goals and what advice can you give me

    just maintaining at the moment, that's why I joined MFP to clarify how many calories I was getting vs my broscience estimates. I was v sick a few months ago and lost about 3kg and a lot of strength, so I think some recomp has taken place as I have recovered

    routine is bro split 4 days chest/legs/shoulders/back, the other 3 days doing full body or combinations going lighter with higher volume, with 20-40 mins of cardio a couple times a week
