Hey everyone! Recently I have working out and running more consistently and I find that my normal go to breakfast choices aren't cutting it anymore. I am still hungry in an hour. I am always on the go in the mornings so I don't have time to really prepare anything. But my protein bars, and shakes by themselves don't seem to cut it. Any suggestions?

Hi,
I'm not a big breakfast person but one of my friends swears on oatmeal for breakfast. My hubby also likes oatmeal for breakfast and adds granola, chia seeds, and cuts up banana&strawberry chunks, and throws in blueberries too. He says its super filling.
Maybe yogurt with granola... If you find that your protein bars and shakes are not cutting it then you should definitely listen to your body and have some real food, not protein protein supplemented food, and it should help!0 -
I've been making egg whites scrambled with pretty much anything you can find in your refrigerator. Grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions, sun dried tomatoes, turkey sausage, turkey bacon, low fat cheese, spinach. I choose a meat then add veggies. You can also top with avacadoes.0
