Hello, im back... im 40 years old and wiegh 210 and 5'8" i work odd hours and sit at a desk all day. Im not sure what to buy to help me get 1200 and under a day.. any ideas would help.i have been driking shakes for breakfast and lunch but with a few snacks and dinner im over..i need to lose around 40 lbs
