Good Morning!!

Did you know that, "as a man THIKETH, so is he"?? Very profound statement right? I thought so too. Let's talk today about BELIEF!! What you BELIEVE about yourself is what you ACT upon. If you BELIEVE you CAN'T reach your goals, you sabotage yourself by eating sweets, salty foods, crap, fast food, etc. You skip workouts, you don't even try. Or maybe even you start off well and then sabotage yourself. You have a "fat tape" playing in your head telling you that you can't really do this.

The truth?? You CAN do this! Press EJECT on that fat tape! Start to BELIEVE that you can. Write DAILY 3 positive affirmations about yourself in regards to your goals. CONSTANTLY tell yourself POSITIVE things. FEED that belief and your doubt will DIE!

Don't take my word for it, just do it!!!
