I usually add my strength exercises then go to the cardio section and add weight training. I then so my best to estimate how many calorie I burned. This is the only way it shows up in my calories burned from exercise.0

You can track weight lifting as a cardio exercise, but it is difficult to calculate a burn properly. One person may lift low weights for high reps quickly, someone else may do it less quickly, someone may take longer rests between sets, some people may superset or circuit train, others could lift heavy and low reps.
There are just too many variables affecting calorie burn. And heart rate monitors also aren't very good for lifting because the algorithm was not designed to account for activities such as lifting.0 -
You must log the amount of time for "strength training" under the Cardiovascular section to get an estimate for Calories burned. You can use the Strength Training section to log sets, reps, and weights, but that section does not account for the amount of time or Calories burned.
Add "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" to Cardiovascular to get estimated Calories Burned added to your Diary. If desired, add individual strength training exercises, such as "Biceps Curl," to Strength Training to have a log of individual exercises.
