Into MyFitnessPal for a week. Great resource. Think this is a great way to focus on eating more healthy and staying on track to lose 15 more pounds of fat(was 184, 4/'13 now 158) while adding 15 pounds of lean muscle. Its all about balance for me. Eating healthy, good exercise routines and plenty of sleep. 3X survivor of cancer; most recently prostate and I can tell you that you must be your own health and wellness advocate. Peace and Joy!
