My fitness journey began in 2013 as an overweight teenager with no self confidence. My fitness pal put me on the right track and acted as motivation and guidance. I lost over 35 pounds within that year and I think to be a completely different person.
I have 10 pounds left to lose and for the last 2 years I've almost reached my goal and then given up repeatedly, after a major setback.
After a few years journeyed, I have a healthy mindset and this is no longer because I have to be a certain size to be happy. I have a goal and I plan to succeed as I did the first time I began living a healthy lifestyle.
