I'm within the first 2 weeks of my fitness plan. The first time I did this I saw results almost immediately as I was classified as overweight. I expected to see less extreme results but I've yet to see any results at all.
I feel better mentally and emotionally. I feel strong and passionate but I'm already losing the motivation and drive to keep this up.
