I started my new healthy life style in June 2014. Since then I have lost over 100 pounds. I still have about 30 more to go. I'm losing my passion and need to get it back. I want to achieve my goal and stop self-sabotaging. I have a huge problem with late night snacking. I exercise 5 times a week and eat a clean diet all day. I try to be asleep and in bed by midnight, other wise, I'm down in the kitchen stuffing my face. I need as much support as possible. Thanks! 29k35ikcbq7j.jpg

    Been there myself many times. I have a late night brie eating thing that I would love to defeat.
