:D I am Vera Davis. I am from Anderson, In. I am a 64 year old grandmother. I have conjustive heart failure. Doctor said lose weigh. I had trouble losing weigh so I had lapband sugar on June 13, 2014. I have gone from size 26 to a size 18. Still losing and walking more and will riding my bike this summer.

    That's wonderful that you have come from a size 26 to 18 despite having CHF. My mom is in a similar situation, about the same age but has managed to lose quite a bit of weight. It's a slower process but your weight loss shows it can be done. Best Wishes!
