How much of a difference is there between using Resistance Bands for strength training then using weights? Do you get more results from using one rather then the other? and with using resistance bands are you able to build muscle mass?
Sorry if these sound like dumb questions but I dont know the answers.. and id really like to know.
Thanks for any advice..

The bands do work but in a different way than the dumbbells. The dumbbells are heavier for what is suppose to be equal weight 50 lb resistance band does not = as much as a 50lb weight. The weights also work more muscles than just the bicep, tricep or shoulder because they work the stabilizing muscles as well. I have both and prefer the free weights.0
