Embracing my inner Athlete!

It's time for me to quit fooling around about this fitness thing and get serious. Time for me to embrace and let loose my inner athlete. I've been happiest in the times of my life when I've been physically active. Having goals for fitness levels, specific targets for specific types of activity keeps me motivated. Competing with myself - hence the Garmin vivofit - is what works best for me.

    My inner athlete is pissed off that I let myself get fat and lazy! I'm always up for a good challenge. I too feel best when I "let loose my inner athlete"! My gym buddies think I'm a bit crazy, but it gets the job done. Friend me if you want to.

    I love doing the goals too. I don't have a goal weight, or a goal dress size. Nope. I want to complete my Insanity Challenge, run 5 miles with no rest, and choreograph a bo staff routine.
    I'll join anyone that wants to compete. It always pushes me to do my best.
