MFP gives me about 2400 calories or so for the day, and I very rarely come anywhere close to reaching that mark. Since I've begun making better food choices, increasing my water intake, and taking my vitamins, I'm barely making it to 1500. Point in fact, I just ate supper and I'm at a little better than 800 and I'm not hungry in the least. I'll get a snack later to at least try to push myself past 1200 (which is about the point where MFP stops yelling at me for not eating enough, lol), but this is actually starting to be a concern.
I've broken myself of the habit of eating all the time, but now I'm not sure if I'm eating enough and I can't make myself eat more! Does anyone have a strategy for dealing with this?

What's your protein and fat gaols for the day? Are you meeting them? Those combined with your micronutrients are essential for your health. There are calculators online that will tell you your daily minimum for protein and fat. Make sure you're meeting them!0
