Began here to lose weight, now gone too far. Advice?

Without getting into too much detail; I've lost 35lbs using MFP and although proud of what I've achieved, I've lost a couple lbs too many and want to 'stabilise' myself a bit.
I've been afraid of losing anymore so have just been stuffing myself with food the past 3 days (bad idea I know) because I don't know what to do.
I lost all the weight slowly so my metabolism should be fine. But could anyone offer advice as to where I should turn?
I don't want to gain too much and will probably track my maintenance calories for a while once I feel safe eating intuitively.

Also, does increasing calories exponentially in a short period of time versus doing it slowly make a difference with body weight composition?
THANKS!

Well, first of all relax. Just slowly increase your calories from what you have been eating. There's not a huge downside to increasing them suddenly except that it can make it hard to know where to stop because the scale will fluctuate a lot more.
