I'm on the treadmill an hr a day and swim 30 min a day, I keep hearing about Turbo fire,Px90, Insanity, and so many more. Is there anything on those lines for beginners? I would really like to try one but I also have some physical restrictions. I hate to buy them and then find out I cant do it. Any ideas on which one to start with?

I am a beginner too, and I love the Jillian Michael's Ultimate Body Makeover. It is very basic but still gets you moving.0

try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It's on Youtube for free.
I had to start slow and this was great for me. I did 10 days of level one, 10 days of level 1 +2, and ten days of all three levels.0 -
