Joined this site on Feb 10th this year as per my trainer.. Been sticking to or under my caloric intake and hitting cardio training for 50 minutes at least 4 days a week in addition to my weight and core training which i do 5 days a week. I get my two week weigh in and BMI reading this Wednesday but just for the hell of it i jumped on a scale this morning... Down 9lbs.. Have 8lbs more to drop by Easter which is my goal of 17lbs.. I know i'm going to reach it, and then some... Happy! Happy! Happy! I can't means I won't! Stay strong all!
