I don't want to be the size I was in high school I just want to be healthy again
I weigh 232 at 5'5. I would love to be at 185 I lost a lot of weight due to depression 2 years ago (went from 202 to 150) and it came back double when I got back to a "good state" . I want to lose 50 lbs I've plateaued walking i walk 1.5 miles when the weather is nice and in winter i shut dien because of arthritis. and need other ideas.
