Can someone help me out here? I do a 20 minute floor exercise routine as part of the warm-up to my strength training workout. It involves some stretching but also some resistance band work such as clamshells, egg rolls, glute bridge marches, inchworm, etc. Is there a way to enter these exercises and calculate the calories burned?
