Lost almost half my weight and maintained it within 5 lbs off for almost three years. Now after some personal life stresses (family death, work, kids, the rat race, the usual stuff) - I found over the past three-four months I have turned to night snacking (chocolate, chips, the bad stuff) and have started gaining. Looking for support to push me though so I can turn away from craving the bad stuff.
