Essential Weight Loss Snacks

Hey all of you pound losers! I'm curious about what everyone has as their treats for weight loss.

I LOVE me a cup of Trader Joe's plain greek yogurt with some Dole no sugar added peaches, some cinnamon and some stevia. SO filling and SO tasty for only around 130 calories, and a whopping 23 (I think..) grams of protein!

Also PB2 is awesome! You can get it at HEB. Only 45 calories per 2 TBSP vs. reg peanut butter which is 200 calories for 2 TBSP

What are your super snack/super foods of choice? (Low calorie, high protein preferably :))

Also sugar free jello and fat free hot chocolate!

    Honestly, anything I want as long as I hit my macros and my calories average around 1600-1800 a day for the week. Generally, mayfield cookies and cream ice cream. Because I keep it for the kids, and while it is very good I can easily moderate how much I eat of that. As opposed to bluebell rocky road, which I determined this weekend I can not moderate and will eat the whole carton in two days :-/
