    2 hours to bake? way too much time. I'd buy apple chips instead.

    hahah it's actually 3 hours because you're supposed to 'turn off the oven and let slices cool in the oven for about an hour' ;)

    Its a lot of time, but easy on the weekend when you're not doing anything. Plus, make them in large batches and its much cheaper than the apple chips where you get a handful for $5.
