25 lb dumbell for beginning heavy lifting?

I've been using 5 lb dumbbells in my workouts, along with cardio and body weight exercises. I've seen a lot on here about why women should lift heavy and I want to give it a try. I work out at home but it looks like I need to get a gym membership or different equipment to do it properly. In the meantime, I have a set of 25 lb dumbbells that belong to my husband, can anyone suggest any workouts I can do with these? I was thinking maybe if I use one it might be a good starting place. They're pretty heavy....

I'm not exactly sure how to modify a deadlift or any of the other exercises I've seen using one heavy weight.

any advice is appreciated, thanks!

It would probably be too light, but I use one dumbbell for sumo squats?

Here's a link for other workouts with one dumbbell I found.

bicep curls, hammer curls, dumbbell dl / snatch, goblet squats, dumbbell romanian deadlift, tricep extensions, incline presses, dumbbell fly, dumbbell flat presses, dumbbell shoulder presses, one armed dumbbell rows, bent over rows, lateral raises.

oh,.... eta, any sort of lunge, or bulgarian split squat too.

    All good to do.
