    You would have to drink gallons daily. There are very specific compounds that you would need to consume to receive any effect on visceral fat. Green tea supplements are unregulated and the claims are unsupported. I woudn't waste my money on anything seen on the Oz show. Don't think tea is a waste though. A hot drink with caffeine can boost workout efforts and antioxidants are good, regardless of weight loss abilities.
