how do I count calories(etc) in smoothies?!

I need to get back on track after eating bad pretty much all week!:'( so from tomorrow I am going to go back drinking smoothies for breakfast And my last meal...
Usuall, My smoothies are - handful of Blueberries, a peach, and handful of rasberrie, Made with water..

Also, one bannana 4 strawberries and a peach made with water! Any clue on how to count the calories in these?, any respies aswell or sites please? :) thanks :D
