New to MFP

Hi! I'm in my early 50's and decided now is the time to start a diet and exercise plan. My goal is to lose between 30 and 35 lbs. But, just as importantly, to develop an exercise routine to carry thru for healthier living. Exercise, like anything else, is a habit for me. Either I exercise regularly, or find excuses not to. I'd like people to help keep me movivated and encouraged in this journey.
