how can you share recipes amongst friends / families?

    I'm not sure MFP allows for sharing of recipes, but my husband and I have figured out a way share the nutrition profile of a recipe. After I create a recipe, then I create a new food and save it in the database so others can see it. Then my husband can search for the food/recipe and add it to his meal and it will have the appropriate nutrition information in it. You can also go to another person's page and use the tools to copy the food to your own diary.
