Hey guys how's it going? Just a little about myself, I'm 25 about 6'1 not sure on my weight since I don't keep a scale in the house. I enjoy spending time in the gym it's kind of like a get away for me. I'm mainly focusing on eating clean and keeping my calories in check my goal is to get to 9% bf I estimate right now in about 17-18% or so. I'm always looking for new recipes because I think eating healthy can also taste bland. I welcome anyone to look at my journal I appreciate any advice you can give! Thanks guys and gals.
