Lost in Bristol

Hi
I'm 34 this week and fed up of looking and feeling like I do!! I've lost 12lb so far this year and would like to lose another 35 I think. I have a fitbit flex which has helped but I am in need of a bit of moral support, any advice is welcome- it's hard to stay focused sometimes ! x

    If you make your diary public, we can offer clear suggestions. You can do it, as 35 lbs is not a major hurdle. Weigh everything you eat, log everything you eat. Plus, add a bit of exercise every day. I would put a notice or a photo on the refrigerator door to make you think about your goals everyday.
