Hey there!

Interested in finding a few more like-minded individuals.

I have an open diary and sort my categories differently than most.

I'm a recovering emotional eater and learning to eat more intuitively.

I focus more on overall health than weight.

I'm used to be very active, then became more sedentary as I focused on healing from child abuse. Now beginning to enjoy moving again.

For exercises I like swimming, weight lifting, walking, hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, yoga and dancing in my living room.
