just like any other food that's not in the database? either estimate it based on what's there or don't log it?

Just log what you ate... burger, pizza, salad... whatever. Just search for the ingredients. Romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, cheddar cheese...

Ok thanks. Im not sure if anything was added to it or not. Do you normally include additional calories for sauces? I had chicken curry and chicken sald (split two dishes)

Sometimes you have to guesstimate. When in doubt, always overestimate.

Yeah always include the sauces. Things like chicken salad dressing probably has mayo or heavy dairy in it, and curry can have a ton of butter and oil. Sauces can be looooaded in hidden calories, so like Lifting4Lis said, it's good to overestimate.

Especially if you have any Disneyland pizza. That was the most carby, cheesy pizza I have ever eaten.

The easiest thing is to log a comparable meal item from a large restaurant chain--that will usually be more accurate than adding up components like patty + bun + cheese.

Do your best, but I doubt you eat at Disney often--so even some error here is not going to completely undo your journey. Don't forget to log all the walking. :)

Hi! I too, am an annual passholder and this year, I'm going to attempt to eat smarter at WDW. Important things to look for: any meal that has a Mickey Check next to it. Disney actually has nutritional guidelines, but not like you'd find at a chain restaurant, as far as everything broken down. If MFP let's me include the link, check this out for healthy eating at WDW: http://citizenship.disney.com/try-it/mickey-check

That will get you started. Also, once you read up on it, you can just put "Mickey Check" into the WDW search engine and it will help you find restaurants that have such meals.

Good luck and definitely log/track all your walking! Have a Magical Day! ;)

Thank you so much! It looks like their guidelines are about 350 for a main and 200 for a side, which is right on par with a calorie count for when I eat out! Saving the link :)

    Have a magical day :)
