bodyfat percent question?

Hello everybody I have a question about my body fat Percent. Ever since I took everyones advice on lifting weights I think my bodyfat kinda shrunk. But anyway here are some pictures tell me what you men and women think where my body fat estimate is now because I dont have a way to accurately measure it im just guessing it. Im going to post them separately so hang on.

stahp, we don't need to see 10 pictures of yourself. Google for generic guidelines, but either way body fat % is irrelevant because you can determine if you're lean enough based on how you look and feel.

I know I know but I still just need a exact estimate on where it seems like im at now. Because like I said before.. Before I started all of these cravings I was cutting calories for a long period of time ans it seems like my fat loss and muscle building has slowed alot and I dont know if I need a diet break for this or not

An exact estimate is not possible.

Google %BF pics, make a guess based on those and wing it. Or take the estimates above. They seem to be in the right ballpark. Or spend the money for a more exact test.
