Yesterday's snacks

I logged a 90 calorie snack yesterday, but I didn't get around to having it. Should I just have it today without logging it, or log it again today? It was a Starbucks Refresher Drink.

    Just delete it from yesterdays diary? If u want it today, have it and log it...

    Hey there,
    Were it a 900 calorie snack or a 90 calorie snack my advise would be that yesterday was yesterday and today is a new day.

    Your body doesn't work around a clock and if you choose to eat/drink that or similar snack today it will be just as it would have been had you consumed it yesterday.

    If you choose not to eat it, simply delete it from yesterday's log. :)

    Try not to worry yourself and take each day as a new start.
