Alli and my 40# weight loss journey

Greetings,
I'm back to MFP as a safety net of sorts.. I'm going to start getting serious about losing 40 pounds... and have purchased a two month supply of Alli, which I have used successfully in the past to help with the weight loss process. I've planned out my week for exercise and eating...which is always my best investment in success strategy. 10% of my body weight at a couple lbs a week over the next couple months will, I'm hoping, lead me to lose 18#'s...

Compadres who use Alli or are seeking to achieve a similar objective... feel free to shoot me a friend request!

Cheers!
Brenda

You've used Alli successfully in the past but it taught you nothing about eating right or you'd not be using it again.

2 words: Anal leakage! My cousin tried Alli a couple years ago and got the full effect of that lovely little side effect. Nope nope nope!

    Seriously? We can't say a'nal? It's a medical term!

come on, no big deal, you just have to eat really really low fat (which surprisingly enough means nothing because you can still eat too many calories on low-fat) and carry around a change of underwear and black pants with you at all times.

Yup, gotta love a weight loss tool which is basically punishment based! "Don't eat fat or your poop yourself!" nothing like a bit of negative reinforcement.
